Smoothies… A true love of mine. This smoothie recipe is a refreshing, sweet treat for our family. We add a handful of spinach (or some sort of green) to almost every smoothie we make, but aside from that this is mostly a fruit smoothie. Since it has quite a bit of natural sugar from all the fruit, we treat it like dessert. And what a fantastic dessert it is.

Pear Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 whole pear, peeled
- 1 small banana
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/2 cup water, more or less depending on desired consistency
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and then enjoy!
