    Mangoes are one of my favorite fruits. They can be so hit or miss though. When I make that first cut into a non-fibrous mango and find it is the perfect sweetness, there is true happiness in my house. My daughter and I will then devour the whole thing. They are a delicious and healthy treat.

    Looking for something to do with mango other than eat it plain? This mango salsa recipe is extremely simple to make and takes about 5 minutes more prep time than cutting up the mango and eating it by itself. We eat mango salsa at all times of the year, but it is so refreshing in the summertime. If you are looking for an amazing cookout or camping appetizer, look no further. It can also be used as a great topping for tacos, black bean burgers, or rice. Did I mention how easy it is?

    Ingredients

    • 1 whole mango, diced
    • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
    • 1/4 cup red onion, minced
    • 1 handful cilantro, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon Tony's creole seasoning

    Instructions

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
